Impact Assist was formed in 1999. Many accident claims companies had set up from the outset with the intention of providing national services. They were simply unable to do so and fell into the trap of trying to do too much too soon. Dennis Bell, Impact Assist's founder did not want that to happen with Impact Assist and therefore his intention from the outset was for Impact Assist to become the leading accident management company in the North East of England. We are proud to say that we believe that we have comfortably achieved this. In partnership with some of the area's leading insurance brokers we lead the field with our unique ‘Passport To Legal Services’ and our ‘One Stop Shop’. From our base in Cramlington we are able to service the needs of any client that has been involved in non fault motor accidents. In conjunction with our sister company, D Bell & Son, we are able to provide our clients with every aspect of service to ensure that having been involved in an accident we are able to put them back into the position they were in immediately prior to the accident.

From this, and through building lasting partnerships we are able to provide our first class service to clients throughout the whole of England and Wales

Our base at Cramlington remains the nerve centre of all that we do. We do not, unlike many other claims or accident management companies, use call centres. Your call will be dealt with from Cramlington by experienced members of staff. Whatever your query, our staff will be able to help you. You will find our approach refreshingly friendly too. All our clients are important to us. Despite our growth, the family atmosphere of our company is obvious immediately the telephone is answered. All of our directors were friends first and business associates second and we feel that this is reflected in the way that our business is run.

Don’t forget too that we pride ourselves on being ‘A One Stop Shop’ – this means that from our base in Cramlington we can service all the motoring needs of our clients in the North East. In addition to our accident services, we also have a fully licensed MOT station and we can service all types of vehicle.
