Replacement Vehicle Services from Impact Assist

If you are involved in an accident which was not your fault, Impact Assist can provide you with a replacement vehicle whilst your own is off the road.

Provided that we are happy that the accident was entirely the fault of the other driver and that he/she has valid insurance (we are able to check this very quickly provided you have taken all the other drivers details immediately or shortly after the accident), then we will provide you with the replacement vehicle on a ‘credit basis’ (often referred to as credit hire) – this means that you will not have to pay a penny towards the replacement vehicle as we will recover the cost from the insurers of the other driver involved.

Impact Assist has an extensive fleet of hire vehicles specifically for this purpose. Their dedicated transport personnel are at your disposal to arrange this for you.
Even if your vehicle has been written off following an accident, Impact Assist can often provide a vehicle for a reasonable period following the accident to enable you to keep mobile.
