Dennis Bell - Managing Director
Dennis has over 40 years experience in the vehicle repair and accident
management industries. Formerly a bodyshop manager with some of
the North East's leading body repair centres, Dennis became the
North East Area manager for Autoindemnity Ltd, before leaving to
form Impact Assist in 1999. When Dennis is not running Impact Assist,
he enjoys playing golf, is a dab-hand at DIY and can often be found
on Saturday afternoons at St James Park watching Newcastle United.

Les Ogden - Director
Les has been involved in the non-fault accident business for over
30 years. Les was employed by some of the UK's leading Personal
Injury solicitors as a para-legal and is a widely regarded expert
in the field of non fault accident claims. Accordingly we were all
delighted when in 2003 Les decided to become a full time working
director of Impact Assist, bringing his expertise and experience
in the legal field. Les runs the whole of the claims department
at Impact Assist and for new clients will be one of the first cheery
voices that you speak to. Les plays golf badly and is a Manchester
City season ticket holder.

Carl Waring - Director
Carl is a qualified solicitor who has specialised in personal injury
and motor vehicle accident claims for over 20 years. He started
his own solicitor's practice, Waring & Co, in 1993 and from a small
room in North London built it into a thriving multi officed practice.
He retired from Waring & Co in 2002 at the tender age of 42 and
is now able to devote himself to Impact Assist, thus bringing with
him a huge bank of experience. Carl is a keen cricketer, collector
(and seller) of books and he too watches Manchester City.

becoming a founder member of Impact Assist. On a day to day basis,
Kelvin is responsible for the smooth running of Impact Assist. Kelvin

motorcycling customers who have been involved in non fault accidents
and understands the specific concerns of motorcyclists.

Chris Gregson - Head of Business Development
Chris has extensive experience within the insurance industry and
started his career over twenty five years ago with a general insurer.
Chris spent ten years there and worked as a Motor Underwriter and
Claims negotiator before moving on to become an Inspector selling
all personal and commercial covers to insurance intermediaries.
In the early 90's Chris moved into Legal expenses and worked successfully
for several legal expenses organisations at Director level. He has
also acted in a consultancy capacity for a variety of legal expenses
organisations, solicitors and training companies. Whilst a long
term suffering fan of Coventry City, he is also an avid Rugby follower,
although he limits his sporting activity these days to hacking around
the golf course and coaching a junior football side.
