Company
Information - Impact Assist
Take a look at the websites of our competitors – you won’t
find much about who owns them. We often wonder why that is.
Here at Impact Assist we are more than happy to tell you who owns the
company. In fact we insist on telling you about our wealth of experience!!
So meet the Directors:
Dennis Bell – Managing Director
Dennis has over 40 years experience in the vehicle repair and accident
management industries. Formerly a bodyshop manager with some of the
North Easts leading body repair centres, Dennis became the North East
Area manager for Autoindemnity Ltd, before leaving to to form Impact
Assist in 1999. When Dennis is not running Impact Asssist, he enjoys
playing golf, is a dab-hand at DIY and can often be found on Saturday
afternoons at St James Park watching Newcastle United.
Les Ogden - Director
Les has been involved in the non-fault accident business for over 30
years. Les was employed by some of the countries leading Personal Injury
solicitors as a para-legal and is a widely regarded expert in the field
of non fault accident claims. Accordingly we were all delighted when
in 2003 Les decided to become a full time working director of Impact
Assist, bringing his expertise and experience in the legal field. Les
runs the whole of the claims department at Impact Assist and for new
clients will be one of the first cheery voices that you speak to at
Impact Assist. Les plays golf badly and is a Manchester City season
ticket holder.
Carl Waring - Director
Carl is a qualified solicitor who has specialised in personal injury
and motor vehicle accident claims for over 20 years. He started his
own solicitors practice of Waring & Co in 1993 and from a small
room in North London, built it into a thriving multi officed practice.
He retired from Waring & Co in 2002 at the tender age of 42 and
is now able to devote himself to Impact Assist, thus bringing with him
a huge bank of experience. Carl is a keen cricketer, collector (and
seller) of books and he too watches Manchester City but from the safe
haven of his home in South East England.
Kelvin Greenwood - General Manager
Like Dennis, Kelvin previously worked for Autoindemnity before becoming
a founder member of Impact Assist. Prior to that he was an IT expert
in Local Government and one of his many roles within Impact Assist is
as the companies IT guru. On a day to day basis, Kelvin is responsible
for the smooth running of D. Bell & Son, Impact Assists sister company.
Kelvin is a keen motorcyclist and is always on hand to talk to any of
our motorcycling customers who have been involved in non fault accidents
and understands the specific concerns of motorcyclists.
